If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can use our return or exchange policy within 30 days of receipt of the item (including discounted items) to return or exchange the item for the correct size or model item. To make a return or exchange, please fill out a special form on our website or contact customer support on our website.

At the expense of the buyer within 30 days after delivery of the items by the PPL delivery operator

Returns are possible in the following ways:
- drop-off
- pick-up

With drop-offs you can leave a labeled PPL package at your nearest drop-off store. For pick-ups you can arrange a collection with this link

Return / Exchange process.

1 Exchange or return of item(s) is carried out only in the original packaging and with intact labels. In addition, before sending, please, wrap the parcel in a reliable package. The heavier or larger the parcel, the denser and more stable the packaging should be. The packaging must not have visible damage and, if necessary, must be secured with adhesive tape.

2 Please stick the return/exchange label on top of the wrapped parcel.
We also ask you to make sure that there are no more similar markings/stickers on the parcel.
If you lost a return label, please, contact us and we will send you a new one.

3 Take the parcel to your nearest DHL Parcel Service Point. You can find your local service point by following this link: https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/our-divisions/ecommerce-solutions/europe/dhl-finder.html

4 After you leave the package at one of the service points, you will automatically receive a tracking ID by e-mail to the e-mail address specified for initial delivery. After that we will contact you to clarify the details, and you will receive money in the amount of the cost of the item(s) on your card within 7 banking days.

As for the item(s) received for exchange, if the required item is in stock, an exchange will be made. In the absence of the required item for exchange in the warehouse, the cost of the item(s) is returned to the buyer or an exchange for another item is offered. If nothing suits the buyer, the money is returned to the card within 5 banking days and this product is considered returned.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
Only one prepaid label is provided for each order, therefore all item(s) must be returned in the same parcel.

We can accept returns / exchanges from any EU country.
Customized items cannot be returned.
After we confirm the return, the money in the amount of the cost of the goods will be credited to the card you specified within 5 banking days.
When sending the item(s), please take care of their packaging carefully. If the original packaging of the product is damaged, we will not be able to confirm the return.
NOTICE, after order confirmation ( by confirmation we understand money is withdrawn after the hold period on PayPal or Stripe) the delivery cost doesn't return.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer support service on our website in advance to confirm your booking.
Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.

REPEAL POLICY

If you would like to repeal your contract of purchase, you may choose one of the following two options:

1. REPEAL OF PURCHASE BY WAY OF RETURN
Your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 30 days as indicated above.

2. REPEAL OF PURCHASE IN WRITTEN FORM OR OVER THE PHONE
You have 30 days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email, fax or letter, or over the phone. Once you inform us, please return the items within 30 days.
