Herno (Erno) is an Italian brand established in 1948. After World War II, Giuseppe Marenzi and his wife Alessandra Diana resided in the Erno River valley. Giuseppe began working at a raincoat factory and, through his innovative technology, revolutionized production. He proposed treating cotton with castor oil to achieve waterproofing.
