How to return: PPL — use the prepaid label in your parcel. DPD — contact Customer Care for a label or courier pickup; in some countries DPD returns are courier-only, and the courier attaches the label for you — just have the item packed in its original box.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and all original accessories (dust bags, covers, etc.). Shoes must show no wear on the soles or box. Underwear, loungewear and swimwear must have intact hygiene seals and packaging, and may only be tried on over your own underwear.
