Herno (Erno) is an Italian brand established in 1948. After World War II, Giuseppe Marenzi and his wife Alessandra Diana resided in the Erno River valley. Giuseppe began working at a raincoat factory and, through his innovative technology, revolutionized production. He proposed treating cotton with castor oil to achieve waterproofing. Witnessing the surge in production, Giuseppe decided to establish his own raincoat manufacturing business.
By the 1960s, the brand expanded its clothing line to include cashmere coats and reversible garments. In 1971, Herno entered the Japanese market by opening a boutique in Osaka. The brand's unique and innovative techniques caught the attention of renowned designers such as Prada, Gucci, Armani, and others, leading to collaborations.
In 2000, Claudio Marenzi, Giuseppe's son, assumed control of the company and prioritized quality, innovation, and functionality. The old factory underwent a complete modernization. In 2005, the brand started producing sportswear, including their famous raincoats, followed by the introduction of down jackets in 2007. Herno is currently renowned for their high-tech, lightweight, waterproof, and breathable down jackets and coats. Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and all original accessories (dust bags, covers, etc.). Shoes must show no wear on the soles or box. Underwear, loungewear and swimwear must have intact hygiene seals and packaging, and may only be tried on over your own underwear.
