Zuhair Murad is a luxurious French brand that originated from Lebanon. Zuhair Murad himself was born in Baalbek, Lebanon. Since he was a child, he had a dream of creating extravagant dresses for wealthy women. Despite having no family members involved in the fashion industry, his passion surprised and even shocked his family. At the age of 10, Zuhair began sketching dress designs, and at 14, he won a competition that gained him recognition from Beirut's society. In 1997, Zuhair Murad established an atelier in the heart of Lebanon's capital, where affluent women flocked to acquire his lavish dresses. Just two years later, Zuhair was invited to participate in Haute Couture Week in Rome. In 2001, his collection made its debut at Haute Couture Week in Paris. During that time, the European society was captivated by the opulence and femininity of his designs, which featured fairytale details and royal embellishments, fulfilling the desires of every woman. Zuhair Murad succeeded in capturing the hearts of countless ladies, including Ivanka Trump, Christina Aguilera, Fergie, Beyonce, and Jennifer Lopez, who adorned themselves with his evening dresses.

In 2005, Zuhair Murad launched a ready-to-wear clothing line that stood out with its elegance and expensive glamour. In 2007, the maestro inaugurated an exhibition hall in Paris' city center. In 2011, the production of ready-made dresses in Italy commenced under the name Zuhair Murad MadeinItaly. Zuhair himself continues to work in Beirut. The company operates from an 11-story building where a team of highly skilled specialists collaborate.
